I truly was blessed by the birth of my children...do to some extensive surgeries in my younger days..I wasn't even sure I would be able to have kids..but lo and behold..I gave birth to my two favorite people in the whole world..My son James Andrew and My daughter Jennifer Morgan..they have taught me the value of unconditional love..both giving it and recieving it..they both have the unique ability to make me laugh no matter what kind of day I'm having..they only made me alittle crazy doing their "teen years" and have both grown up to be responsible although at times..silly adults.. Although my son is the oldest...its my daughter who has gave me the gift of grandchildren..two boys and a girl..who I love with a passion..these three little people continue giving the gift of unconditional love as well as endless laughter, joy and bliss...along with hair pulling, fighting, rolling of eyes and temper tantrums that would try Gods patience..but..I love em and wouldn't trade em for anything! Family Update: My Son Andrew is getting married..10/10/2010...not only am I getting a new daughter but also four new Grand Children..So Welcome to the Family..Sheila ( the new wifey) Riley, tyler, Jon and Ashley!!! ![]() Paige Emma Dawn...my autumn fairy! and granddaughter from my redheaded stepchild... ![]() My redheaded stepchild..Kaleena Dawn |
The
family. We were a strange little band of characters trudging
through
life sharing diseases and toothpaste, coveting one another's desserts,
hiding shampoo, borrowing money, locking each other out of our rooms,
inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant, loving,
laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that
bound us all together. ~Erma
Bombeck Here is my strange little band of characters....
The best way to keep children home is to make the home atmosphere pleasant -- and let the air out of the tires......Dorothy Parker Conner and Jack on their first day of school..Sept. 2009..They are smiling because they haven't got there yet!
You can learn many things from children. How much patience you have, for instance....Franklin P. Jones This would be my "patience tryer"....Catey Grace....I think she ate a smurf!
I have found the best way to give advice to your children is to find
out what they want and then advise them to do it....Harry S. Truman
My daughter Jen and my son Andrew...no matter what I advise..they generally do the opposite..hahaha!
